We are looking for a high performing Analytics Lead to join our growing team. In this role you will work directly with our clients to provide best-in-class customer analytic solutions and data-driven insights. This role requires direct experience developing customer analytics strategy and analyses to make an impact on marketing, customer service/experience, or customer sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Create meaningful business insights out of customer data that address client objectives around customer experience or customer lifecycle marketing
- Work with clients to design both short- and long-term analysis plans
- Collaborate with internal resources to drive analysis plans to completion and prepare client deliverables
- Mentor junior analytics resources and their projects
- Identify meaningful business insights out of queried data and prepare summary findings for both internal and external stakeholders
- Build relationships and communicate regularly with external clients
Experience & Skills:
- Four or more years’ experience delivering analytic results to business users; documented experience communicating to clients is a must for this role
- Experience providing analytic support and measurement for targeted customer engagements with data-driven personalization elements
- Excellent customer analytic strategy skills. For this role creating analysis ideas is just as important as the ability to do the analysis
- Curiosity when analyzing data. Documented history of thinking outside the box to improve business results
- Analytic agility. Ability to change analysis direction based on interim findings
- Strong ability to visualize data for both technical and non-technical audiences using Excel and other reporting tools
- BS or MS in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Economics, Biostatistics or a field involving experimental design, probabilities, machine learning and other forms of quantitative analysis
- Strong experience using SQL to analyze customer level data, such as POS/transactional or weblog clickstream data
- Statistical analysis experience (both descriptive and inferential)
Desired Qualifications:
- Machine learning experience (regression modeling, decision trees, neural networks, clustering, Bayesian inference, etc.)
- Good experience using analytical programming languages such as Python and/or R to extract, manipulate, and analyze customer data
- Customer Experience (CX) analysis experience is a plus – for example, customer surveys, call center engagement, and other customer touch-points
